Purchases:
If you decide to make a purchase, you further agree that: (i) all factual assertions you have made in the purchase and/or registration process will be true and correct; and (ii) you will not register an account on behalf of any third party or use a third party’s account on their behalf. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your personal accounts, and you must keep your account password(s) confidential. You must notify us immediately in the event that your password security has been compromised. RiseUpMovie.com will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account.
Currency:
All purchase items are in United States Dollar currency. We only accept payments in US Dollars. Please check an online currency converter to calculate the cost in your currency.  However, the applied exchange rate may be calculated by PayPal, by your bank and/or by those who fulfill payment.
Shipping:
All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.  If a product is no longer available and cannot be shipped, the buyer will be notified and the amount of money that was paid for the unavailable product will be refunded to the buyer. The buyer’s personal information must be the same as the shipping address.  We will not ship to a different address or to a person not listed in the buyer's registration information and/or personal information submitted for a purchase.
All orders will be shipped with a tracking number for our records.  Shipping time depends on your location and other factors that are completely out of our reach. The maximum package contains up to 2 lbs. If your order weighs more than 2 lbs, it will be sent in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.
Cancellation:
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled if items have been shipped.  Please check carefully before submitting your order.
Return Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery with prior approval for a full refund excluding shipping costs. All returns must be approved in advance by us.
Sales Taxes:
All buyers from within the U.S. are subject to respective state sales taxes. If you are located outside this United States, please bear in mind that you might be asked to pay additional taxes when your order arrives to your country. We are not responsible for these extra costs.
